If there any changes on Discount value, buyer will be informed Purchase without any attachements of business agreement (non agent-distribution)

Returns and Exchanges:

If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, you could send it back to us at your own cost and then you will get a full refund for the item purchase only. The original shipping charge is not refundable. You can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone.

The following guidelines apply:

• When you receive our products, please check it thoroughly for any defects. If you are not satisfied in anyway, do not remove tags and wash. You can only wash it when you are completely happy with the product and intend to keep it.
• Request for exchanges item must be received via email/fax within 15 days from the date of receipt of your package. In your e-mail please state the item/size that you would like to exchange. No returns/exchange can be accepted after 30 days of the date of the invoice.
• If you are exchanging the item for any other reason than our fault, you will be charged to ship the replacement.
• Items to be returned / sent back with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition.
• Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for a return / exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post.
